Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply(L4 M1)
Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
We are living in an age of unprecedented change in the world. Complexity and globalization are the new norms and robust support from well-managed supply chains is desperately needed to enable economies and businesses to grow and flourish. There have also been too many instances where fraud in food supply chains, modern slavery in the clothing and luxury goods market, and natural events disrupting the flow of goods have dented the reputation of businesses and the world’s economies.
The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), is a United Kingdom-based global professional body working for the purchasing and supply professions. With the objective of “leading excellence in procurement and supply”, it aims to promote good practice and provides services for the benefit of a procurement community. CIPS aims to promote and develop high standards of professional skill, ability, and integrity among all those engaged in purchasing and supply chain management.
